The Meriam Penggawa is always wrapped in yellow cloth. The notoriety of Meriam Penggawa is that it would explode or fire by itself when a calamity is about to befall the Selangor Royal Family thus it is uniquely covered with the royal-coloured cloth to prevent from blasting on its own. Very interesting isn’t it folks???? Is this not an act of oppression?
